We created organizations to allow you and your colleagues a better, more efficient way to collaborate on Gremlify.

By creating or joining an organization, you will be able to view your peers' work and share yours easily.

Create a new Organization

To create an organization, you first need to sign in to your Gremlify account, and after that choosing 'Organization' from the user menu:

If you are not already a member of an organization, you will see the following page:

To create a new organization, click on 'create'.

Fill up the organization name, and press 'create':

Now, you should see your organization members. Since you just created it, you should only see yourself:

Inviting new members

Inviting new members is pretty straight forwrad. Press Invite User and type in the user's email. If the user is not a member of Gremlify, we will create a new user for them. The new member will be sent an invitation email with a temporary password. Existing members will automatically join your organization upon their next login.

Collaborate

From now on, every workspace created by you and the members of your organization will be visible to you under worksapces/organization:

Please note, that Private Workspaces will remain private to the users who created them.
